FAQ & Custom Orders

Refunds, Custom Orders, & Other Facts: 

  • If you find yourself unhappy with an order placed with Moore Jewelry Style, we will refund your money (cost of purchase but not shipping) if we are contacted within 15 days of order mailing date. Return shipping to me is the responsibility of the customer and must be done within 30 days of order date. No refund monies will be issued until after returned item is received by me. In the case of an item returned due to issues NOT regarding damage (you are not happy with your purchase for any reason), the item must be returned to me in the same new condition as it was mailed to you or refund money will not be issued. After 30 days after purchase no refunds of any type will be issued.
  • There are items within the shop that are made to order. If you do not include all information needed as requested in the description I will contact you multiple times during a 5 day time period to obtain this information from you. If you do not respond by the end of this time, I will cancel the order and refund the cost of the item plus shipping you have paid. 
  • ***All custom orders are FINAL at time of purchase and will not be issued a refund on purchase price or shipping***
  • I take pride in all products I make, but I also understand how all jewelry can easily and accidentally get broken. At no charge I will happily repair any product from Moore Jewelry Style ONE TIME up to a year after it is purchased. All I ask is you pay shipping to send it to me for repair and I will pay shipping back to you. Repairs are made as close to original product as possible and are completed as soon as possible in my schedule (typically no more than 2 weeks).
