Shop Policies

General Information:

  • While my store is open 24 hours a day, I only process orders Monday through Friday each week. The weekends are time I wish for all of us to spend with our families. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will process on Monday.
  • I also honor the following American holidays and any order placed on these days will prcoess the next business day: Good Friday, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.
  • The only International countries I currently ship to are on the European continent.


  • Orders ship 3 to 5 business days after purchase date. 
  • Orders will ship to the address provided on the order. If you need your purchase sent to a different address for any reason, I must be notified within 48 hours of the time you place it so I can make sure that the proper shipping address is with it when processed.
  • I ship using USPS Priority Mail for ALL United States orders. This not only provides you with a tracking number for every order you place but also has built in insurance for your order as well. Priority mail also only takes 3 days at most to arrive barring busy mailing seasons like Christmas and natural disasters (flooding, hurricanes, blizzards) that delay mail service.
  • International shipping will ship 1st class packaging with a tracking number. Any VAT charges when accepting your package in your country are your responsibility to pay.
  • I will make sure you receive your order tracking number when it ships via the email you provide with your order. Your package will be a white box with red and blue printing on it.
  • If you receive your order and it has been damaged in the mailing process, please immediately contact me here. I do request you take photos of the damaged mailing box and your item so that when I file a claim with the postal service I have proof of the damage for them to view. In the event this does happen I will work with you at replacing the damaged order. This will be subject to shop availability due to items being of limited quantities, but I will ensure if your replacement cannot be exact it will be of equal value.
  • In the event your package is not received in the estimated time period, please contact me using the shop contact form. I will review the mailing information and work with you and the postal service to find a solution to the missing package. If you provide an incorrect address on your order, I unfortunately will not be able to refund the order.
  • The ability to request signature confirmation for your package is available upon request at an additional charge.

Refunds, Cancellations & Exchanges:

  • Cancellation requests for orders need sent within 48 hours of when the order is placed. The refund will be processed immediately after request is received. Please allow 12 hours for me to receive your message.
  • Return & exchange requests must be sent within 14 days of the original purchase date.
  • Refunds for returns will be issued after order is received back in my shop. The return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser with both refunds and exchanges.
  • The item(s) purchased must be received back to me in the same condition they were sent to the purchaser in. I will refund total cost of order (including shipping) once the order has been inspected and this is confirmed. If an item is received back in non original condition, the refund will be denied.
  • If you are exchanging an item with my shop, I will request that you pay for the shipping of the exchange order sent to you.
  • Exchanges are accepted under the circumstance you are displeased with the color or size of the piece you have purchased. Please bear in mind that there will always be slight variations in purchased pieces compared to product photos due to the creation process of the jewelry. While pieces may come from the same casting, there will never be any two exactly alike.
