Shipping

  • All items purchased from Moore Jewelry Style will come to you wrapped in my signature handmade pillow box as pictured on the listings complete with a jewelry care card for your purchased items.
  • Orders will ship once payment is cleared through our account. ORDERS WILL SHIP TO THE ADDRESS PROVIDED DURING CHECK OUT. IF YOU WANT IT SENT TO ANOTHER ADDRESS PLEASE NOTE WHEN CHECKING OUT. We will not be responsible for any packages returned to us due to insufficient address. Shipping cost will not be refunded after package is mailed. If a package is returned to us and the purchaser requests it be mailed again, the cost of shipping will be charged to the purchasing party.  
  • Any correspondence regarding orders will be conducted via the email address you provide when checking out.

DOMESTIC ORDERS (US Only)~

  • All non custom items ship within 3 to 5 days after purchase date. Custom items are any that you find in the store that require you to choose length or color of the piece. Custom items ship 2 to 3 weeks after purchase date. If your order is a mix of items, always defer to the longest shipping time period to expect your item.
  • Orders ship USPS Priority Flat Rate Mail within time period associated within each item. Customer will be sent tracking information associated with their order. I cannot be held responsible for any delivery delay on behalf of USPS. If the package shows delivered by the tracking number, any issues regarding the package past that will have to be taken up by the customer with their local post office.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS~ WE DO NOT SHIP TO LYBIA, SYRIA, AUSTRALIA OR NEW ZEALAND AT THIS TIME. ANY ORDERS PLACED FROM THESE COUNTRIES WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE REFUNDED THE PURCHASE PRICE AND SHIPPING AND THE ORDER CANCELLED.

  • International orders ship first class mail. There is no way for US residents to track a package after it leaves the US, so when mailing a package I can only help you from the time it left my office until it leaves US custody. I will not be held responsible for lost packages, but I will refund you the cost of your purchase IF the package is returned to me during the shipping process. ALSO NOTE that any item purchased from us does not include any duties, tax, or VAT. It is only for the cost of the items purchased and shipping, Any cost incurred past what I charge will be the responsibility of the customer (there are many different regulations and charges for all countries across the world, so please take time to research any charges you may incur BEFORE placing an order with us so you can be prepared).
  • I also will not be held responsible for any damage to orders that occurs by customs.

In the event an item arrives to you broken, I will gladly file a claim with the USPS if you contact me immediately after receiving the package. You are also welcome to file this claim. Please keep all packaging and broken material in your possession until claim is processed and refunded. At that time I will work with you on replacing the item if possible. 

If an item does not arrive or arrives to a different address, I refer to the postal service information and their GPS tracking of delivery spot. If the item shows delivered on our tracking we will not refund the purchase. You are welcome to contact your local post office to sort out any issues and we will work with you if you require our help. If you would like a signature confirmation for your order from us, please contact me and we will provide that at the appropriate rate as an additional charge on our shipping behalf.
